UEi SSM1 Super Heat/Sub Cool Meter

The UEi SSM1 Super Heat/Sub Cool Meter can be used to directly measure or subcool by direct connections for temperature and pressure. The SSM1 is programmed with the most common four refrigerants, with data from the NIST-Pro refrigeration database for temperature-pressure values. Clamp the pipe temperature probe around the refrigerant line, and pressure to the service port, and the SSM1 will perform the calculations for you. A magnetic mount allows for hands free use, with a bright back lit display to use in low light conditions. The UEi SSM1 will measure pressure from 0-500 psia and temperature from -40 o 400 F. It will calculate superheat for low side and sub cool for the high side (TXV systems) Refrigerants included for calculation R22, R134a, R404a, R410a. This unit comes with the meter, ATTPC2 -pipe clamp temperature probe, and a "T" fitting allows refrigerant to be added or removed with the SSM1 connected.
